How To Make Mulberry Port
Ingredients: Mulberry Port
8 pints / gallon Mulberry Wine
1 pint / 600 ml good quality brandy
Method - What to Do
This recipe really couldn't be much easier. It is simply a case of adding a good quality brandy to some recently racked mulberry wine. It certainly has a delightful flavour and a very warming aftertaste.
When the mulberry wine is nice and clear, add one pint of brandy to each gallon of wine. Mix thoroughly, bottle and then store. It is advisable to store this port / brandy in a cool place for at least a year, so that the flavour and taste is at its optimum.
